Ни при каких обстоятельствах Компания не несет ответственности за: 1. любые дефекты, возникающие в результате износа, несчастного случая, ненадлежащего использования Покупателем или использования Покупателем способом, отличным от инструкций или рекомендаций Компании или изготовителя любых Товаров или по небрежности или из-за отклонения от любых инструкций или материалов, предоставленных Покупателем; 2. любые Товары, которые подверглись подгонке, изменениям или ремонту другой компанией; 3. пригодность каких-либо Товаров для любого конкретного назначения или использования в определенных условиях независимо от того, были ли эти условия и назначение известны или сообщены Компании или нет. — Under no circumstances shall the Company have any liability of whatever kind for: 1. any defects resulting from wear and tear accident improper use by the Customer or use by the Customer otherwise than in accordance with the instructions or advice of the Company or the manufacturer of any Goods or neglect or from any instructions or materials provided by the Customer; 2. any Goods which have been adjusted modified or repaired otherwise than by the Company; 3. the suitability of any Goods for any particular purpose or use under specific conditions whether or not the purpose or conditions were known or communicated to the Company.
